Digital readings (personalised astrology readings, tarot readings)
Because each reading is personalised work prepared specifically for you using the data you provide, personalised digital readings are not refundable once delivered. By placing an order, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal upon delivery, in line with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Before delivery, you may cancel a personalised reading for a full refund. Email contact@gettrustedastrology.com as soon as possible.
If the reading was not delivered, was delivered incomplete, or contained a clear error in the birth data that we caused — we will redo it at no cost or refund you in full. Contact contact@gettrustedastrology.com within 14 days of delivery.
Digital products (ebooks, downloadable guides)
Downloadable products are non-refundable once the download link has been used, in line with the rule above. We will refund unused, undownloaded purchases on request within 14 days.
Physical products (crystals, decks, ritual bundles)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, no reason required. To exercise:
- Email
contact@gettrustedastrology.comwithin 14 days, telling us you wish to return the order. - Send the item back at your own cost within 14 days of that notice. The item must be unused, in original packaging.
- We will refund the full price you paid (including standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the item back, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Some items are exempt from the 14-day right by law, including hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. some crystal cleansing items) once opened. We will flag this on the product page where it applies.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email contact@gettrustedastrology.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund at our cost.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most refunds clear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
