Who we are
Trusted Astrology is operated by NoctivisLab OÜ, registered at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia (VAT: EE102849486). Throughout this policy, “we”, “our”, “us” refer to NoctivisLab OÜ; “you”, “your” refer to the visitor or customer.

What we collect
We collect the minimum personal data we need to deliver our readings and run the site.
- Account and contact data: name, email address, billing address.
- Birth data: date, time and place of birth, and (when relevant) a question or intention you submit. We need this to prepare a personalised astrology reading. When you select your place of birth from our autocomplete, we also store the latitude and longitude of that place so the chart can be calculated correctly.
- Payment data: card details are entered on our payment provider’s secure page (Stripe, PayPal, or WooPayments) and never touch our servers. We receive only a transaction reference, the amount, and a status.
- Usage data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referring URL.

Why we use it
- To deliver your reading. Birth data is the basis of every personalised reading we produce.
- To process your order and arrange delivery of digital and physical products.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, reading delivery, customer support replies).
- To send our newsletter, if and only if you have explicitly subscribed.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the site secure.
- To comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax, consumer protection).
Legal basis (EU GDPR)
We rely on different legal bases depending on the activity:
- Contract — for everything strictly needed to deliver a reading or fulfil an order you have placed.
- Consent — for the newsletter and any optional marketing.
- Legitimate interest — for fraud prevention and basic site security.
- Legal obligation — for records the law requires us to keep (e.g. invoices, for the period set by the Estonian Accounting Act).
Who sees your data
- Hostinger — our hosting provider, located in the EU.
- Stripe, PayPal, and WooPayments — payment processing. They process your card data under their own privacy policies.
- Brevo — if you subscribe to the newsletter, your email is added to their service for delivery purposes.
- An AI provider (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) — once our automation is live, your birth data and question are sent to a Large Language Model to generate your personal reading. The reading is delivered to you and is not used to train any general-purpose model.
We never sell your data and never share it with advertising networks.
How long we keep it
- Order and reading data: 7 years, as required by the Estonian Accounting Act (§12) for fiscal records.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
- Site analytics: typically up to 24 months, in aggregated form.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify anything inaccurate.
- Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to the legal retention rules above.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis (e.g. unsubscribing).
- Complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

International transfers
Some of our processors (notably payment and AI providers) may be located outside the EU. Where this is the case, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy we will update the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify subscribers by email.
