Status: We do not currently sell subscriptions. This page is here as a placeholder so that if and when we launch a subscription product (for example, our planned €2/week Daily Guidance horoscope), the terms are easy to find. They will be updated to reflect the actual product before any subscription is sold.
When a subscription is offered (draft terms)
By starting a subscription you authorise us to charge the chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown at signup (e.g. weekly), until you cancel.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time, with no penalty, from your account page or by emailing
contact@gettrustedastrology.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. - Refunds for the current period: subscriptions are not refundable for the current period once it has begun, except where required by law.
- Price changes: we will notify you by email at least 14 days before any price change. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
- Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, we will retry for a few days. If it still fails, the subscription is paused until you update your payment method.
This page will be reissued with the specific subscription product’s terms when we launch it.
